General heating and cooling tips.

We recommend not setting your air conditioner below 70 degrees. If you go below 70, you run the risk of the coils freezing.

Change your filters regularly.

When heating your house, the higher you set your heat, the drier your air will become.

Scheduling regular maintenance prolongs the life of your equipment and keeps them running more efficiently.

If your heat/air conditioning is not working, try checking the fuses, breakers, reset button and making sure the thermostat is actually set to the correct function.

For oil or propane furnace, make sure you have a fuel supply to the unit.
